Terms of Service
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Minato Studio (studio.datacollide.com), operated by DataCollide. By creating a login or connecting an account you agree to them.
What Studio does
Studio stores videos you add, lets you plan when each one goes out, and publishes them, with your captions, to Instagram professional accounts you connect, through Instagram's official API. It paces posting to keep accounts looking natural, and pauses an account if Instagram reports a limit.
Your account and your content
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what is posted from your Studio login.
- Only connect Instagram accounts you own or manage, and only add content you have the right to publish.
- You keep ownership of your content. You let Studio store it and send it to Instagram, only as you schedule it.
- Your content and use must follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Don't use Studio for spam, deception, or anything unlawful.
No promises about Instagram
Instagram decides whether and how content appears, and may reject a post, limit an account, or change its API. Studio doesn't promise any reach, followers or results, and isn't responsible for decisions Instagram makes. Studio is provided as it is; we work to keep it running, but can't promise it will never be unavailable or that every scheduled post will go out at its exact time.
Paid plans
If Studio offers paid plans, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay.
Ending
You can stop using Studio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend a login that breaks these terms or puts other users or Instagram accounts at risk.
Liability
As far as the law allows, DataCollide is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or the loss of an Instagram account's reach or standing arising from your use of Studio.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and important changes are shown inside Studio. Questions: email contact@datacollide.com.
