Data deletion

You can have Studio delete your data in any of these ways:

1. Inside Studio: delete a single reel from its page; remove an Instagram account (and everything for it) from its account page; or delete your whole Studio login in Settings, "Delete my account". Each is immediate.
2. From Instagram: in Instagram, open Settings, then Website permissions (or Apps and websites), and remove Minato Studio. Instagram tells Studio, and Studio deletes that account's access key, its reels and its records automatically. You get a confirmation code you can check on this page.
3. By email: email contact@datacollide.com from the email address of your Studio login, and we delete your data within 30 days.

What is deleted: your login (if you delete it), each removed Instagram account's ID, username, profile details and access key, its videos, covers, captions and schedule, and the activity records for it. Copies in our host's backups are overwritten within 30 days.
