Privacy Policy

Minato Studio (studio.datacollide.com) is operated by DataCollide. It lets you keep finished short videos, plan when each one goes out, and publish them to Instagram professional accounts that you connect. This policy explains what Studio stores, why, and how to have it deleted.
What Studio stores
- Your Studio login: your email address and a scrambled (hashed) form of your password. We can't read your password.
- Connected Instagram accounts: when you press Connect Instagram and allow it on Instagram's own screen, Instagram gives Studio the account's ID, username, display name and profile picture link, and an access key that lets Studio publish for that account. Studio never sees your Instagram password. The access key is stored encrypted.
- Your content: the videos and cover images you add, their captions and hashtags, the times you schedule, and, after posting, Instagram's ID and link for each post.
- Activity records: what Studio did and when (for example "posted", "paused"), shown to you on your pages; and, for security, the network address of login attempts.
- One cookie: a login cookie that keeps you signed in. Studio uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking.
How Studio uses it
- To publish the videos you add, with your captions, to the Instagram account you choose, at the times you plan.
- To show you your accounts, schedule and history, and to email you when something needs your attention (for example a post that couldn't go out).
- To keep the service secure (for example locking out repeated wrong passwords).
Studio only uses the Instagram permissions instagram_business_basic (to know which account is connected) and instagram_business_content_publish (to publish the reels you schedule). It never likes, follows, comments or sends messages, and never posts anything you didn't add. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as described below.
Who else handles it
- Meta (Instagram) receives the videos and captions you publish, through Instagram's official API, under Instagram's own policies.
- Hostinger runs the servers Studio lives on.
How long it is kept
- A video file is deleted from Studio's server three days after it has posted (Instagram keeps its own copy). Its caption and post link stay in your history until you delete them.
- Disconnecting an Instagram account removes its access key straight away.
- Deleting a reel, an account, or your whole Studio account removes that data from Studio's database and server at once. Server backups made by our host are overwritten within 30 days.
Your choices
- Edit or delete any reel, disconnect or remove any Instagram account, or delete your Studio account, at any time, inside Studio.
- Remove Studio's access from Instagram itself (Instagram, Settings, Apps and websites); Studio then deletes that account's data automatically.
- Ask for a copy of your data or for deletion: see Data deletion, or email contact@datacollide.com.
Security
Studio is served only over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, Instagram access keys are encrypted, and Studio's code, settings and database are not reachable from the web.
Children
Studio is not meant for anyone under 16.
